Ibihumyo ni ibiribwa byongera amaraso

Ibihumyo n’ibihingwa byihariye bitagira indabo n’imbuto ahubwo bigira ingofero isimbura amashami n’amababi bikaba bituma abantu banoza imirire myiza.

Umunyamakuru wa The Bridge Magazine yaganiriye na Nteziryayo Ignace, ushinzwe ubuhinzi mu mushinga Hinga Weze, uterwa inkunga n’Umuryango w’Abanyamerika wita ku Iterambere Mpuzamahanga USAID; amusobanurira akamaro k’ibihumyo (mushroom) aho ubiriye aba yiteganyirije mu kurinda  umubiri we.

Ibihumyo bikungahaye kuri vitamini B, C na D. Vitamini B  akaba ari nziza ku ruhu kandi inafasha mu kurinda indwara z’umutima. Byongeye  vitamini B2 na B3 igira uruhare mu gukomeza  gukorwa kw’amaraso.

Vitamini D ifasha gukomeza amenyo n’amagufa, ikaba inafite akamaro mu kwigabanya k’uturemangingo no mu budahangarwa bw’umubiri.

Ibihumyo nibyo byonyine bidakomoka ku nyamaswa byifitemo izi vitamini, bikaba binihariye ku bantu barya imboga batarya inyama. Ibihumyo bifite intungamubiri kamere ya vitamini D, ariko yiyongera igihe ibihumyo biri mirasire y’izuba.

Uko ibihumyo bihingwa

Ignace yanavuze uko ibihumyo bikorwa (artificiellement), kugira ngo abantu bongere imirire cyangwa se bayivugurure.

Ubuhinzi bw’ibihumyo buhingwa mu butaka cyangwa mu migina. Akaba ari

Umugina ushobora kumara iminsi 40 kugera kuri 45. Metero imwe kuri imwe ushobora gushyiraho imigina 64.
